User specific ticketing preferences
User preferences can be accessed from the user drop down on the top right corner of the desktop interface.
- Personal Signatures: A user can add a personal signature on the preferences page. However, the signature will not be used unless an administrator has enabled user signatures in the global signature.
- Keyboard Shortcuts: Keyboard shortcuts can be enabled or disabled from the preferences page.
- Tooltips: Helpful tooltips describing the action are shown when hovering on top of buttons. These can be disabled once the interface becomes familiar enough for you.
Email notifications are sent out to users when relevant activity happens within the system. You can access notification settings from the settings sidebar (located in the My Account settings).
Here are the different types of notifications Enchant can be configured to send.
Pro Tip: If you need to have different notification settings for some inboxes, click the Use Inbox Specific Settings on the top right corner. This will allow you to manage specific notification settings on a per inbox level.
From the folder listing page, users can choose between two display styles for ticket listing in a folder: expanded or compact.
The chosen setting is remembered by the system. Read in more detail about the display styles here.
