The Advanced Security add-on enables the following features:

Enchant AI core that builds insights from multiple data sources
Ability to train the AI on your knowledge base content
Ability to train the AI on your past conversations
AI Writer to assist drafting responses to customer messages
AI Summarize to create short summaries of long conversation threads
AI Translate to enable bi-directional translations of messages from customers anywhere in the world
AI Suggestions to suggest labels and canned responses for new conversations
AI Drafts to have readymade draft responses to customer questions on tickets for your team to take over
Enchant AI Standard provides expanded usage limits over Enchant AI Starter.
This add-on removes the "Powered by Enchant" link from the knowledge base, messenger and satisfaction rating pages.
