Enchant Campaigns

Enchant Campaigns are used to send targeted, behavior-driven communication. Instead of broadcasting a generic message to everyone, it allows you to deliver the right message to the right person at the exact right moment.

Campaigns are delivered through a messenger, based on behavior-driven events configured in the campaign.

How does a campaign message work?

Campaigns are delivered through Enchant Messenger, which needs to be installed on your website.

You configure a message to be shown to a visitor on your website when certain conditions are met, like viewing a certain page or scrolling a certain amount on a page.

When the configured conditions are met, the message will pop up on the visitor's browser.

What does a campaign message look like?

A campaign message has the following fields:

Title: bold title at the top
Body: Main content of your message
Image: Image to catch attention
Action: A button at the bottom with configurable action
