Enchant AI Pricing

Enchant AI comes in two variants: Starter and Standard.

Enchant AI Starter is available to all users at no cost. It has access to some AI features (AI Writer, AI Translate and AI Summarize) with strict usage limits.

Enchant AI Standard is available as a paid add-on that must be enabled from the billing tab. It enables additional AI features (AI Drafts, AI Suggestions, AI Agent) and has expanded usage limits.

How do you calculate the flat fee for Enchant AI Standard?

We calculate the average number of customers you’ve helped over the past three calendar months. This includes customers assisted both with and without the help of Enchant AI.

Based on this average, you’re placed into a billing tier (eg: 0–500, 501–1000, etc. ) which is multiplied by the bill rate to determine your flat fee.

Why are you calculating based on customers helped?

To provide relevant high quality assistance, Enchant AI trains on all of your customer communications, not just the ones where the AI is directly used. This means our underlying costs are tied to your overall communication volume. Charging based on the number of customers helped aligns best with those costs.

Pricing Stability: Instead of a wildly fluctuating usage-based rate, we aim to provide a more predictable pricing structure to allow for strategic planning. By using a historical average, we're able to smooth out any short-term spikes and charge fairly as your business grows over time.
