AI Suggestions

CURRENT STATUS: Enchant AI is available at no additional cost as part of public BETA.

AI Suggestions feature is designed to speed up your team's workflow by leveraging Enchant AI to provide real-time recommendations. By analyzing your past conversations, Enchant AI suggests the most relevant labels and canned responses for incoming customer queries.

This allows your team to spend less time organizing tickets, so you can focus on faster ticket resolution.

AI Suggestions in AI Panel

AI Suggestions for labels and canned responses are shown in an AI Panel above the ticket's messages. Enchant AI will also recommend "AI Summarize" when a long thread is being re-assigned.

  • Label: When you click on a suggested label, it will be label to the ticket.

  • Canned Response: When you click on a suggested canned response, a new draft message using that canned response will be created.

  • AI Summarize: Clicking on an "AI Summarize" suggestion starts the generation of an AI summary of the ticket conversation.

Once you have used the desired suggestions, you can discard the rest by clicking the Clear All Suggestions button (trash icon) at the end of the suggestion list.

AI Suggestions in dropdown menus

AI Suggestions are also highlighted in the dropdown menus to help speed up teams that prefer menu based workflows.

You will see an AI icon beside the labels and canned responses that are suggested by Enchant AI for a given ticket. These entries will also bubble to the top of the list so that they can be easily seen without needing to scan all the options in the dropdown.

This is especially helpful when you have a lot of labels or when canned responses are organized inside multi-level folders.
