AI Writer Usage Tips
Learn how to effectively use the various text enhancement options offered by Enchant's AI Writer feature.
By default, AI Writer works on the entire response in the compose window. If you only want assistance with part of the text, simply highlight the text before clicking on the AI Writer button.
Best way to use these options is by typing in a few phrases highlighting the main points of your response. This saves you time as you don't have have to type up full sentences. You don't even need to worry about grammar or spellings.
You can then watch and review the text in real-time as the AI generates personalized response by combining your input and the customer's inquiry.
This option works best when you want to reword certain information to sound more like a response that is easy to read. For example, you could quickly copy a paragraph from a relevant knowledge base article and then use Make it shorter to turn it into a proper reply to a customer's query.
Use these options to enhance a fully written response before sending it out. You can use it to change the tone of your response to give it a more friendly or professional touch.
If you're happy with the tone and length of your response, but just want to check for any spelling mistakes & grammar issues, this option works the best. It is designed to make any corrections necessary while minimizing changes to your words.
Use this option to translate your fully written response into the customer's preferred language. Remember, you can use Make it longer/better option first to help you come up with the full response in a language you are comfortable with. Then you can use this as the last step before sending out the reply to the customer.
