AI Drafts

CURRENT STATUS: Enchant AI is available at no additional cost as part of public BETA.

Enchant AI can generate draft responses to customer queries and have them ready for you before you even get to the tickets. You would then take over the AI draft and make any changes or additions before sending it to the customer.

AI Drafts use your configured AI data sources (i.e. your knowledge base, past conversations, etc) to automatically compose a response to the questions in the customer's email.

AI Drafts are automatically enabled if the following conditions are met:

  • Enchant AI is enabled on the account.

  • AI Sources are available.

  • Enchant AI decides it can reasonably respond using insights from the available AI sources.

Note: AI Drafts works well if you have already have detailed knowledge base content. If you don't, then enabling the "Conversations" AI source enables us to generate real time insights without any effort on your end.

Improves automatically

Enchant AI is constantly learning from your team's actions. If you're using the conversations data source, AI Drafts feature will automatically get smarter over time, without you having to put any effort into training.

Note that AI generated responses can be sometimes inaccurate, so please be sure to verify the contents before sending to the customer. If you decide not to use a particular AI draft, you can simply write & send your own response as usual and the AI draft will be automatically removed from the view.

AI Drafts is currently available at no additional cost with some daily usage limits.
