Enchant AI conversations data source

Enchant AI takes data from multiple sources. One of the sources available is the conversations data source, which gathers insights from conversations you're having with your customers.

This is available as a separate add-on that can enhance the insights gathered by Enchant AI.

When using the knowledge base data source, Enchant AI gathers insights from content you've added to a knowledge base. This is typically content that has specifically been approved as part of customer facing documentation or a FAQ.

With the conversations data source, Enchant AI gathers insights from conversations your team has with your customers. These insights may be more nuanced than what's in your FAQ/documentation and may even be more up to date. Most importantly, these insights don't require you to put any additional effort towards structuring and planning content.

The first step is setup Enchant AI with the knowledge base data source and try out AI Writer. This will give you an understanding of what the technology can do for your specific business (and the kind of questions your customers ask).

At that point, you can consider using the AI conversations data source, which will make the AI smarter.

Enchant AI has built in safe guards to ensure the system is not learning sensitive information. We put a lot of effort into ensuring that the AI is gathering only shareable insights.

That said, AI technology is imperfect at the current time. We cannot provide guarantees that sensitive information won't be shared. You should adopt such technology only with careful consideration of the nature of your data and how you plan to use AI technologies.
