All of Enchant's customer facing interfaces such as Messenger (live chat), Knowledge Base, and Satisfaction Rating forms come with built-in translations to 20 languages.

At this time the internationalization (i18n) supports the following 20 languages:

Note that the language selection comes from the associated inbox. Setting the language in an inbox will automatically set the language for it's satisfaction ratings and any connected knowledge bases or messengers.
