Integrating Enchant with Slack
Enchant is customer support software for growing companies. Enchant provides:
- Help Desk: Forward your support email to Enchant and reply to customer emails faster from inside Enchant. Scale your customer support while ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Knowledge Base: Manage both a public FAQ or internal policy documents.
- Live Chat: Chat with customers on your website.
When Enchant is integrated with Slack, real time notifications of activity happening in Enchant (for example: a new email from a customer) will come in to your Slack channel.
- Create an Enchant account from enchant.com
- Log in to your Enchant account & head over to the Apps tab in the admin
- Open the Slack app from within Enchant & click Install
- Slack will ask you to authorize Enchant and ask to identify which channel to send notifications to
- Once authorized, your Enchant account and your Slack account will be connected
