Integrating Enchant with Shopify
Enchant is customer support software for growing Shopify stores. Enchant provides:
- Help Desk: Forward your support email to Enchant and reply to customer emails faster from inside Enchant. Scale your customer support while ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Knowledge Base: Manage both a public FAQ or internal policy documents.
- Live Chat: Chat with customers on your website.
When connected to Shopify, Enchant will display customer information including recent orders alongside all emails and even while chats are in progress.
- Create an Enchant account from enchant.com
- Log in to your Enchant account & head over to the Apps tab in the admin
- Open the Shopify app from within Enchant & click Install
- Shopify will ask you to authorize Enchant
- Once authorized, your Enchant account and your Shopify account will be connected
