How to reset your WhatsApp Phone Number PIN

1. Navigate to WhatsApp Manager > Account tools > Phone numbers.
   

2. Select your business phone number.
   

3. Click the Two-step verification tab.
   

4. Click the Turn off two-step verification button. An email with a link will be sent to the email address associated with your business portfolio. Use the link to disable two-step verification.
   

5. Once disabled, you can re-enable it by setting a new PIN.
   

Note: If the above steps aren't working, please get in touch with us as we may be able to change the PIN from the API.
