Using browser or external phone for calls

User preferences can be accessed from the user drop down on the top right corner of the desktop interface.

If you prefer to use browser for calls: Enchant will connect your browser to the call. You will need to allow access to your microphone.

If you prefer to use an external device: Enchant will call your phone number (as configured in user profile). You'll need to dial the number 1 to join to the call.

Note: When using an external device to make or receive a phone call, your personal phone number is not visible to the customer. They just see the phone number that is associated with your call channel.
